To discern the real-life needs of every nurse practitioner across Oregon, we invite your unique feedback in a statewide NP Current Practice Survey.

This survey is devoted completely to meeting the present and future needs of nurse practitioners across the state. In order to respond to your needs, we must hear from you!

The survey should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete. We will follow up with results and planned steps to move NP practice in the state forward. We are stronger together!
