A proposed change to the NPO bylaws has been submitted at the Jan. 15 NPO Business Meeting.

As per the NPO Bylaws, the proposed changes are posted and will be voted on at the April 2, 2022 NPO Quarterly Business Meeting.

Proposed 2022 Bylaws Updates to Article III

1. Change the Vice Chair position to Chair Elect
2. Change the term of the Chair position to read: The Chair serves a three-year term (one year as Chair Elect, one year as Chairperson, one year as Immediate Past Chair).
