Oregon Locum Tenens Cooperative

 

The Oregon Locum Tenens Cooperative (OLTC) is a grant funded program aimed at ensuring temporary or short-term primary care access to rural and underserved communities, facilities and medical practices. The OLTC acts as the recruitment and administrative branch and features include:

  • Community-based
  • Membership directed
  • Centralized posting
  • Direct contracting between site and provider
  • Providers with rural experience
  • No-cost recruitment for practices
  •  Builds primary care workforce
