The Nurse Practitioners of Oregon education committee is excited to announce the NPO Annual Education Conference will be held at the beautiful Stoller Winery’s Experience Center in Dayton, Oregon on October 16-18, 2025! The conference will include plenary sessions that focus on topics we can all use to advance our clinical knowledge and professional development and offer breakout sessions of more specialized topics to appeal to the diverse practices of our attendees. *Join NPO/ONA and save up to $200 on registration fees (one year membership required). Registration fees include: conference admission, daily lunch, morning coffee/tea, light appetizers during Thursday’s networking reception. The venue will have snacks available for individual purchase. - NPO Member rate is for members of ONA/NPO or members of other state nurses associations that are affiliated with the American Nurses Association. Proof of membership in other state nurses associations must be emailed to NPO@oregonRN.org to receive the discount code.
- Non-member rate is for NPs and CNSs who are NOT members of ONA/NPO, and physicians, physician assistants, and other allied health professionals.
- NP Student Member Rate is for students who are currently enrolled in an NP program AND is a member of ONA/NPO. Proof of enrollment must be emailed to NPO@oregonRN.org to receive the discount code.
- Retired NP Rate is for NPs who have had their license officially retired with the Oregon State Board of Nursing. Email NPO@oregonRN.org to receive the discount code.
CANCELLATIONS Cancellations must be received on or before October 7, 2025. An administrative fee of $50 will be deducted from all refunds. No refunds will be given after October 7, 2025. Written cancellations should be emailed to NPO@oregonRN.org. Hotel and LodgingNPO has secured hotel room blocks at special rates for Conference attendees at the following hotels, all within 15 minutes driving distance to the Stoller Family Estate’s Experience Center. Please note that each location has a different reservation cut-off date for which you can receive the group rate. Holiday Inn Express Newberg King and Double Queen rooms available. Rates include Complimentary Express Start. Buffet - Monday - Friday 6am - 9:30am and Saturday/Sunday 7am - 10am.
